Great, Caring office! The best crown I have Dr. Grossi did an excellent job and I would Highly recommend this office! I received a tour of the office during my first visit and was treated like family, did I mention the fresh coffee available in the reception room? Overall a great experience.
poor work done I had a lot of bad work done there. Some can be fixed and some cannot. There is a high turnover of staff. I wish I had known that they didn't know what they were doing so I could have had quality work done elsewhere.
Awesome Experience I went there for the first time and liked the people in the office they were real nice. I also had the best Cleaning I had ever had they have a sort of laser cleaning they do and my teeth looked great when I was all done! I would recommend anyone to go here. Sometimes I read these reviews and think that it must be someone from the office making these comments but I am telling you that I am truly a customer who was satisfied. I am doing the take home whitening kit now and we will see how that goes.
A hassle Although many of the staff seem friendly, my claims were always completely screwed up.
Pricey, Doesn't tell you up front costs, Harsh cleanings, etc. This was by far the most strange dentist office I had ever gone to.
