I had my egg retrieval done here. The private hospital staff varied. Some were lovely but some were absolutely atrocious. Not just unpleasant, but hostile! I asked for one to help me to my companion because they were disabled and couldn’t come to me themselves. The hospital staff asked rudely “how disabled are they? From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, cared for, and completely at ease, something I never expected as a naturally nervous patient. From the moment I arrived I felt clam, safe and well looked after. The staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for me. I met with several members of the team prior to my procedure and had the opportunity to ask any questions. The facilities are fantastic and everything ran smoothly and on time. I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness and care I received. Thanks so much to everyone involved, 5 stars from me.
