Let me start this review by stating that the staff of this location deserves nothing but 5/5 and I have never had an issue with a provider or receptionist at this location. My issue is with their system of scheduling. When I first started seeing my provider, their system was very different and so good- you would receive your next appointment date at the end of your visit. Which is logical. It makes sense. Avoid this place If you can. Jasmine clinic has 100,000 children versus two or three providers. They like to change your appointment at the last second and then leave it on your voicemail instead of actually speaking with you. They don't realize that the children that they are dealing with are highly sensitive and need to be taken seriously and with great respect. Good mental health
I see they’ve made a lot of changes. But it’s been good to me since starting in 2020. You may encounter a front desk staff who seems like they don’t care but the actual doctors there are great. I recommend them especially if you are low income.
I will never go to Gateway for anything again. I just found out that they dropped me as a patient because I didn’t call them and schedule an appointment. I got no notification of this and didn’t find out until I am almost out of medication and have no refills. The woman on the phone made no effort to make an appointment for my chart to be reopened, and gave me an attitude for not scheduling an appointment(I have to call and schedule it myself).
