Total experience was professional and very accommodating. Everyone was very helpful and responsive which was important since we were coming from out of state. Highly recommend this team.

Our new Gateway home is wonderful!!!! It is very well built and was very clean and functional when we moved in. We truly appreciate all the time and effort the people at Gateway gave us, and we know we’ll be really happy there!!!
Great company to build with and they are there every step of the way, even for first time home builders like myself, with a lot of questions!
Overall, our experience with Gateway was good. I would recommend them but advise caution as they aren't perfect. Their customer service needs some refinement and the communication was very poor at times. There were many delays in the process that weren't communicated in a timely manner and expectations were not established from the beginning and especially not towards closing.
