Bought a brand new home from them in one of their communities. They subcontract all of their work to less than reputable companies. The quality of their homes are subpar. The carpet they use is the cheapest carpets available. The carpet padding is rated as right above commercial grade. After doing research, the padding was rated at level 2 on a 1-7 rating, with 1 being the lowest level.
