They do not answer the phone i have been calling 4-5 times per day for a week now
Horrible place doesn't answer the phones and if they are closed they dont update there hrs on the phone or Google
Always disorganized, rude front desk staff, and they frequently mess up appointments. I showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told it didn't exist, and they “don’t do appointments over the phone” and the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. Based on other reviews, this isn't a one-time issue. If you need reliable healthcare, go elsewhere they’ll find a way to mess up even the simplest of tasks. (0 stars not 1)
Went in person in Aug/21 for a loose front tooth, spoke to someone that told me they would let sheena know. I called and left a message the net day and about a week after that did the same thing. No response to this day.
20 phone calls and not 1 person. something seriously wrong here!
