This is a great building with reliable management. They do a great job taking care of the interior and exterior of the building. Whenever I have needed any kind of maintenance it has always been a speedy process and the lady who comes is super nice. The hallways and stairways are always clean too!

I’ve never been treated so poorly just for inquiring about a property and having trouble navigating the website. I was hung up on twice (first by an associate) and talked down to, yelled at, and the last straw for them was when I said the website didn’t make sense and I couldn’t find information. The associate decided to hang up on me once I asked to speak to a manager. On my second call, I asked for the name of the man who was yelling at me and later hung up then, the “manager” refused his name and also hung up. He said no ... read more

In my apartment search I have had a very hard time getting a hold of anyone that can give me information about the availabilities. I have never gotten someone on the phone. It has only been sparse email interactions. I am still very interested in the apartments because of the location and price. I am just slowly becoming very discouraged that I will never be contacted on time to actually rent an apartment before it gets snatched up.

While apartment hunting a few months ago, I was worried when looking into this property because there were no reviews anywhere. In the past I've had traumatic and horrid apartment experiences, but so far this complex has been nothing shy of perfect. The area is secluded and beautiful. It's surrounded by bird feeders and tall trees, and everyone's always out walking their dog, enjoying the weather. This place is extremely homey and quiet.
