Gateway done a wonderful job on my car. It looks like it did when it brand new. The employees are so nice. They make you feel like family. If you need body work done you won’t find any place better!

We were recommended by State Farm to use them because they have five stars. We had some front grill damage that was supposed to be fixed. I popped the hood and immediately saw a missing grommet, not that big of an issue but attention to detail. Then I saw the light misaligned, 2-in gap. We also pointed out that the front, by the Toyota emblem, didn't look like it was aligned correctly. The employee said that the part is from Toyota and there's nothing we can do. My car started keeling and running rough out of the clear blue sky. Scared me half to death. Jamie and his guys were able to get me in the next day. Jamie was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel not stupid for feeling scared. Then he gave me a ride home since I didn't have another way to get there. He had me on the phone 24 hours later, telling me my car was ready, for a lower price than I thought it was going to be.
