I was traveling from out of town and staying with a friend in Omaha, when my car started making a rattling noise. Gateway Auto fit me in to their service schedule right away and made a timely diagnosis. Their service was fast and very straightforward, no additional attempts to make extra sales. I highly highly recommend coming here for any auto needs! If I lived locally I would be a regular!

I’ve been into Gateway Auto Services a couple times for several mechanical automotive issues on my 2017 Renegade. This round it was front brakes, an oil gasket replacement & scheduled front hood latch replacement. Howard, my service advisor looked it over & gave me my estimate. I scheduled on a day that worked for me and dropped it off the evening before, left my keys in the dropbox which is always convenient! The next day, my repairs were done on time as promised.
