My vehicle was returned early, the work was excellent and the vehicle was spotless
Recently got my oil changed on my Audi here, customer service, quality of service was great and pricing seemed fair. However, just an oil change and tire rotation ended up taking over 2 and a half hours because they didn’t have a replacement oil drain plug in stock for Audi’s. For a company that says on their website that they can service European cars, this part should have been stocked and ready to go, especially since I made my appointment of head of time and noted the make and model of my car.
