If you want to wait, 2+ hours with your autistic child and then when you leave and call to try to make a complaint you get ignored or put on hold for 10+ minutes I called 20 times before I was able to talk to a supervisor and it wasn’t through my own number I had to have my sister call so they would answer it and then we merged calls and then I was able to talk to the supervisor who passed off and lied about all of my complaints. Waiting time for a consult was almost 2 hours. The waiting room was filled like an er, and the staff were not very friendly . The waiting room smelt like a dirty diaper. Restroom had no soap and on top of that the sanitizer was empty.
