Took my vehicle there for service. Staff were helpful and successfully fixed the problem with my vehicle.
I recently had a very frustrating experience at this Chevrolet dealership (Gateway) and it has seriously impacted my confidence in their service department. I will not be returning. I brought my vehicle in to have a leaking coolant hose replaced, a straightforward repair and the sole reason for my appointment. The wait time was excessive.
