The Activities Center Director, Dillon, was amazing! Knowledgeable, talented, resourceful and provided a great tour. The horseback riding was fun and archery was too.

What's a phenomenal resort!! If you are looking for a retreat to escape daily hustle and bustle, this is it!! This resort is very remote and you can't help but relax! The grounds are very green and well-kept. There are beautiful views from everywhere on property. Two swimming pools were very inviting. One pool had a cantina mixing up tasty Frozen drinks, beer, and cocktails! The staff at every level was kind and very accommodating. The spa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. You don’t want to know, but I’ll tell you. Front desk showed us to our rooms (2), but one was still dirty. Showed us to 1 more room, it was unmade. Eventually got a clean room, but she could not find keys for us. I needed an item in our room. Called every number trying to reach someone, No one answered. Our daughter’s bottom bed sheet had human feces on it, but staff did come to room to change them thankfully. Unbelievable. Many staff members do not know what they are doing. Beautiful location. Prices are expencive to begin with but when they add in the excesive resort fee and room tax. The nightly rate went up over 35% Staff couldnt even tell me how much it was untill 3 staff members told me base price. I was completely shocked when I checked out and saw all the added expences. They should be honest and disclose all fees before acceptance instead of surprising the client and saying sorry. Place is nice but a rip off. Staff is Friendly but not very Knowledgable.
