Great experience buying a motorcycle from Jon at Gateway BMW. I purchased the bike remotely and had it shipped, and Jon made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was responsive, honest, and kept everything moving smoothly. The bike arrived exactly as described. Highly recommend Jon and Gateway BMW, especially if you’re buying from out of state.
My experience with Gateway has been fantastic. They helped my group and I out with an emergency repair on a trip we did from Chicago to LA. They basically saved us from having to end the trip. So great was their help that we traded in one of our older bikes (not the repaired one, that one is still functioning perfect till this day) on the trip and left with a new one that day.
