Great location, decent pricing for the area. Leasing team was great, Natallia was fast to respond and super helpful. Definitely one of the better buildings.

We are sooo happy with Gateway - just moved a couple weeks. Our apartment is gorgeous, spacious, has a stunning view, and so much natural light. The apartment building is awesome - everyone is so kind and the doormen are very helpful. Our experience with Natallia Bryleuskaya was fantastic - she was extremely available, answered all our questions easily, and gave us a great tour. Our applying/moving it process was seamless and we are very happy for this move. 10/10 recommend!
I've lived here for over a year now and this building is absolutely atrocious because of MANAGEMENT. They will raise your rent insane amounts while not fixing anything in the complex. Water has been brown for months and they have no suggestions other than "run it for 15 minutes" except guess what, YOU will be the one paying the water build as well as insane electric bills.
