Ever since my small, hometown bank was bought out by this bank, customer service has gone straight down hill like it usually does. Especially with unusually slow customer service. I went inside, stood there for 15 minutes with five others waiting in line behind me. A manager and two other employees were walking around with not a concern in the World.
