Terrible
Please stay away from these guys there service department is absolute rubbish can't even contact them. Never contact you back have had my car in there for 5 weeks now getting warranty claims fixed. They have no expertise in the cars that they work on and they really don't have your basic rights as a consumer at the forefront. Stay away.
Our business had great experience with the team at Ford Gateway in Fairy Meadow. The process was smooth, the service was professional, and the pricing was spot on. Highly recommend them, good people and great cars. Taani was really helpful from start to finish, and Adam made sure we got a fair deal.
We just bought our 3rd car through Gateway Ford. We have purchased 2 new cars from them in the last 6 months. We had a warm welcome and great service provided by Cohen, we then after negotiations signed the deal with Adam and Tarnni for our new Ford Everest Sport. I highly recommend Gateway Ford.
Phone to check on the repairs to my car. 15 times over 4 days. Answering service .. no call backs. The only way to talk to human, press1 and pretend to want a new car. Don’t deal with them.
