very poor communication from sales staff tried ringing and sent msg to sale person we bought car of nobody rings back have not signed warranty for the ultra tek pack been waiting on phone call from monday 30/6/25 about my rego papers still no call to update thought buying a new car would be a good feeling but these people have made it miserable also dont get the ultra tek package its not worth the $2000 extra you pay no after sales phone call back sent poppy photos and videos of very sub standard job no reply
Just spent 4 weeks trying to get my Kia booked in for a diagnostic test. Waited 8 hrs to be told they didn’t have the part . I had to pay $1000 for them to order the part . Rebooked to have the part fitted a week later. Told the car would be ready by 1pm. Waited over 2 hrs. No updates. I had to approach the service rep three times & got no information as to expected time to collect vehicle. VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & this is NOT the first BAD experience here.My advice NEVER go to GATEWAY for service EVER. All excuses NO ... read more
