Quiet, management is friendly and maintenance deals with problematic issues promptly and professionally. I have been living here for several years and have never had any problems.
This is the most amazing apartment complex that I’ve stayed it. Extremely quiet and clean. Also the management is always helpful as well as very welcoming and respectful
Just moved in today makes a week. Front desk is very nice and easy to get along with. Bri is awesome. I had a very easy move in and the steps were pretty simple and smooth. Atmosphere is very quiet and neighbors are calm and chill. I do however prefer you to get reserved parking or garage parking spaces fill up very fast.
I have only been living here for a week an a half so my review is premature. I moved from California and am experiencing really good vibes in Houston Texas. So far living at SYNC at Sienna Plantation has been a really good experience. I love my manger and assistant manager Adriana Emily. I could not have asked for a better Management team.
Update on previous review: The apartment complex is not bad at all. It is in a great area, zoned to great schools. The facilities are overall really nice. The neighbors can be a little shady sometimes. Frequent car break ins, etc. Pretty normal for most apartments in the Houston area.. Office staff has undergone tons of changes and has done well.
