We purchased our home at Gateway a year ago and are very pleased with both the quality of the build and the community itself. Our house was delivered on time and while there were a few minor items that needed attention, Bob and the warranty team did a great job addressing them quickly. We've built/owned several new homes and this process was as smooth as possible and the house itself beautiful.
Worst builder I have ever seen. They used the cheapest materials. They hired the cheapest suppliers to build the house. Their brand new house will have at least 10 issues in a year (including water pipe broken, air conditioner broken and other serious issues) They refused to fix any house issues. They didn’t reply your email if you keep asking. They even fired the old manager b/c he will fix your home problems. The sales office did tell that they will be installing water fountains in the pond behind Potter road. And there is a structure showing a fountain upcoming. The builder has not yet built or completed the fountain work. It is going to be about 4 years since we occupied Potter Rd. After Potters raised the issue with the builder they have put some weak aerators which is a cheap solution and which was not that we want. Not a good experience with this builder. Premier markets this place as a 55+ gated community yet it is far from that. The sales office tells you whatever you want to hear to close the deal and often overcharges for amenities that either you will never receive or bait and switch you to a much cheaper version. They did this with our entire street which we paid a $15k premium to back to a wooded area with a water retention "pond" with promised water fountains.
