Everyone in the office is very friendly and personable. It is a great experience each time I come in for my shots.
After going to the office for over 5 years, I was charged what I thought was something to be incorrect. After questioning multiple office staff and the billing department at Esse, I was told it was up to their discretion for when they billed serum charges. Had it been billed within 6 months of it being made, I would have been charged $0 due to my maximum out of pocket being met for other expenses. Excellent, caring doctors and staff!
From day one, Dr. Keaney has been absolutely incredible. She’s reassured my questioning, doubtful new-mom brain and has for 2.5 years. She went above and beyond after a death affected me, and genuinely cares how I’m doing as well as my daughter. I can not recommend this woman highly enough.
She is a very caring and knowledgeable MD. Plus, she speaks spanish!
Dr. Buckley has been our primary care physician for 20 yrs. She is compassionate and professional
Dr. Keaney is the absolute best! She has taken a genuine interest in my kids and their well being and always goes above and beyond. I recommend her to everyone I know that is a parent. Love her!!
