I went there hoping to sit down and talk about explain my situation and how I can be helped. They took my info but I didn't like they were really listening. I left feeling frustrated and like I was on my own when finding supports.
If you want people to reach you,please add your email to your name,address,telephone info. You say it too fast on phone line.
They need to stick to working with people with intellectual disabilities and people with no work history as they have no clue on how to respectfully deal with clients with above average intelligence and a strong work history. They don’t seem capable of understanding that giving someone with a strong work history a pamphlet on the ABCs of holding down a job (without bothering to ask for their resume/CV which would have shown said work history) and saying “I hope you find this helpful” is just as insulting as giving a Math pro... read more
