The apartment I moved into was initially missing some touch ups. Tracy came in for just a regular maintenance check and got everything on the list done in no time! Thank you maintenance for your availability, hard work, and welcoming attitude!
My key fob was not working so I called maintenance. Tracy from maintenance showed up very quickly and got me into my apartment and fixed my key!
Don’t believe your deposit return .They take almost 90% of deposit after leave the place , such deductible dirty,due amount or some reason .The Appartment where I lived I enjoyed there because my work place was near from Appartment. The good thing swimming ,exercise etc .only the I have complain my deposit .Rent money is higher here .
I have loved living here and Tracy with maintenance has always been friendly and a great help with whatever you need done.
Moved in Nov 2025 and so far we have had an excellent experience. Maintenance has been especially great - they are timely, thorough, and nice guys including Jake, Tracy, and Will. Front office is also timely and helpful with their responses to issues. We are really happy we moved here.
