Want to acknowledge the exceptional service received today from Slade, a maintenance worker here at Gateway. Our bathroom sink was slow to drain and he thoroughly cleaned the entire pipe area replacing pieces as well. We’ve lived here since June and this was the second time drain slowed but since Slade went above and beyond I doubt we’ll need it done again anytime soon. The entire staff here, front office and service workers are all friendly and truly make living in an apartment complex a positive experience.
You pay $10 a month to park here on top of nearly $2000 a month to live here and most days of the week there aren’t any available parking spaces forcing one to park in the adjoining neighborhood next to the apartment complex. Management refuses to step in to ensure all of their tenants have an available space and sides with the company put in charge of monitoring the situation, citing that the $10 monthly parking permit only gives you allowance to park where you live but does not guarantee you a space where you live. The apartment I moved into was initially missing some touch ups. Tracy came in for just a regular maintenance check and got everything on the list done in no time! Thank you maintenance for your availability, hard work, and welcoming attitude!
My key fob was not working so I called maintenance. Tracy from maintenance showed up very quickly and got me into my apartment and fixed my key!
Don’t believe your deposit return .They take almost 90% of deposit after leave the place , such deductible dirty,due amount or some reason .The Appartment where I lived I enjoyed there because my work place was near from Appartment. The good thing swimming ,exercise etc .only the I have complain my deposit .Rent money is higher here .
