Terrible billing department and customer service. There is always a problem when trying to make a payment, which can only be done over the phone.
Terrible service, they will ruin you credit after they ruin your back! No accountability and very argumentative staff. Watch out if you are stuck using them, don’t be fooled into signing a waiver... it’s their way of saying we messed up and now we don’t have to care either! When I called to discuss my back pain caused by a poor epidural the Sherry in the billing department told me too bad and hang up on me after telling me Quinn the office manager wasn’t going to discuss my file any further.
