I just want to thank this company and the workers yesterday for coming to take my brother in-law to the hospital yesterday. After trying to find help to transport him to the hospital without calling the ambulance was hard, he is paralyzed it’s very difficult to find help. I called another company and after 15 minutes on the phone all they could say was ooops not today. Three guys came last night to Slu hospital to transport my dad to rehab 1 of them were training. They were absolutely professional and gentle with my dad. The guy explained to him why they did certain things and they made sure he was comfortable. To top it off they were soooo nice to my 4 year old they interacted with him. They gave him a stuffed toy and even put the lights and siren on for him. GREAT SERVICE!!!
They were awesome! Both EMTs were kind and caring. They even told my husband they would be praying for him.
Wish I could give no stars. The person I talked to named Paul was pretty rude when I called. He kept telling me he couldn't give me information because it was a HIPAA violation when I wasn't even trying to find out anything personal just wanted to see if any items were left in the transportation vehicle when my father was transported.
