Some Staff at entrance check in desk are so rude and mean. Don’t know how to talk to someone. So unprofessional and attitude. Specially the Indian girls there.
It's no surprise that both clinics in the city can't get higher than 3 stars. I went to an appointment I had scheduled a week ago for a doctor to fill out a form. This resulted in me having to pay $160 dollars (which is a ridiculous system to have in any clinic whatsoever), only to be told the day of my appointment by the doctor that they can't fill it out and instead told me to reschedule for the clinic on the East side of Regina. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund, but this is the problem with Gateway Medical Alliance.... read more
Extremely frustrated by their process. You have to book online and give a reason for why you are booking. I have been denied 5 appointments almost instantly for things such as refilling prescriptions or discussing medical results. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. You can’t deny every appointment then provide zero justification for why it was declined.
Love my doctor but trying to get an appointment is a terrible chore. I wait on the phone for at least 3/4 of an hour before someone answers the phone. Their office management us terrible.
