An hour and 20 minutes til I get in a room. Either the front office staff aren't managing time or the doctors aren't. Either way, not fantastic. Dr's are good, but the time managing needs an overhaul.
This is simply a review of their phone service. It’s frustrating how you can NEVER talk to someone and just get disconnected after a long wait. I used the app to book an appointment and the clinic address just says “Regina, SK”. It doesn’t mention the particular address of their clinics. I took my lunch hour off for an appointment and went to the address where I always go to see my doctor. Today Feb 11/25 was my appointment with Dr. Cowan and I drove 150 miles to come to those appointment only to get turned around and told I was a no show. I'm so angry that they would do that. It was a very important appointment that regarded blood work. I'm looking for another family Dr. This is bullshit
