You can't seem to get through with phone calls, so it seems they are pushing for a book online aspect. Why not just say that on a phone message that that is the only way to book an appointment. I asked dr juggernath if he would be my family dr because he is my mother's and he said yes. Now a year or two after not seeing him, apparently im not his patient and he isn't accepting new patients. Get your crap in order.
Called this clinic every day to book but nobody take call. Went to the local at 4:49 PM but office already closed even close time is scheduled at 5:00 pm. It is too hard to book appointments here
Does this clinic's receptionists know how to answer phone call? Tried for almost 30x in 30 mins no answer.
Why is nobody taking the call???
An hour and 20 minutes til I get in a room. Either the front office staff aren't managing time or the doctors aren't. Either way, not fantastic. Dr's are good, but the time managing needs an overhaul.
