I have been with this company since 2008, always respond to my calls if I have a question . Michelle is great to work with so is Randy. Great company great people wish I could say more I have spoken with monitoring station people their great too and if they don't know the answer they'll find someone who knows, all around good people

I called Gateway to get a price for surveillance cameras at my office and shop. They showed up when they said they were going to and gave me a price a day later. I had a lot of questions which he took the time and answered them all. After signing the contract the install (on 2 buildings) went without any issues. They had to work in and around our employees which worked out great. We couldn't even tell they were there. No mess at all. They trained me on the operation of the system and confirmed i was good with the camera view... read more

Gateway is a Very professional alarm company. Josh & Randy are excellent installers & very Knowledgeable. Both go over & above the call of duty to assist their customers. They will take the time to explain how a new system will work. When i have had my alarm sound the response time of a call is prompt! If no answer immediately dispatch police. I’ve been with This company since 2008. Very pleased with Gateway
