After spending a small fortune to have my taxes prepared, I received a notice that my taxes were incorrect and I owed $1134 more. The response from my accountant was, I'm human and we all make mistakes and I was sick. This is completely and totally unacceptable.

Very bad experience with this company. Impossible to get through. No return phone calls. They just ignore you.
Horrible! After my CPA retired, they took over his practice. Extremely unprofessional firm. They caused 3 state penalties for my company even though they received all my tax papers in time and many months before the deadline. Refused to cover the cost of the penalties. Refused to file returns until paid in full. Promised to remove the penalties once paid. Never happened! Now they are refusing to answer my e-mails. AVOID at all cost! They are crooks!
