Our unit was clean when we rented and I did not see any evidence of rodents or bugs. I didn't feel unsafe going to my unit alone. Occasionally there were issues with the gate but I was still able to get into my unit. Communication with the business was good.
They are ok
Great facility.would highly recommend.
