Staff are very professional when handling the delicate task of human management. They are readily available to help and offer management for individuals who need the assistance. As it was determined by myself, I did not need their service and no hard feelings were ever echoed. Thank you for your services.
Beyond giving some supplies during winter so the city of St. Catharines doesn’t have the bad PR of someone freezing to death AGAIN, this organization got me nowhere. It’s kind of to be expected when these organizations employees get paid eitherway it’s not like a volunteer program, but this place failed helping me medically, housing wise or even completing taxes. Left me ina worse spot than if I had never dealt with them in the first place. Exactly the kind of community support those at the top hope to see though!
Gateway is a great place. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Specially Kaelen the housing worker she’s wonderful! The maintenance staffs are also great very helpful and friendly. The front desk and finance too they’re professional and nice!
