Been living here for 5 years and love the area. BUT, the unit that I am living in always need maintenance on the 35 year old A/C unit. Besides that, I do have great appreciation to Penny and Tony and the other maintenance crew.
It appears some have more experience than others.
This apartment complex is haunted, as it sits on a grave yard behind the parking lot right behind where the cars are parked. I would wake up with 3 scratches on me often, at one point at night I heard my name called. Dishes would randomly fall in the kitchen, cabinets would creak open. I would always feel like I was being watched by the front door. I experienced so much demonic activity here that I had to leave.
