Testing area for lab work has improved with appointment scheduled times. You can still walk in, but you may wait longer.
Gateway is so clean and bright. The staff are amazing, they make getting bloodwork done so fast and easy. My wife and I both go to Gateway for bloodwork as well as any other X-rays and testing our Doctor needs us to have done. It's so easy to get onto tje parking lot with plenty of parking too. We're never had to sit and wait here. They are all so friendly helpful and always ready to help you out if you have any questions about your tests.
Drove 50+:minutes for a procedure and when I arrived, I was informed the equipment was broken. They want me to go across town to another location but can't tell me how long I would have to wait. Not to mention, I have limited mobility and having to find a handicapped parking space in that garage is always a gamble. I told them to just cancel the appointment, I'm not dealing with that. I will remember this when the next bill from Tower Health comes...
