This place is not bad but HOA sucks. Make sure you’d like to pay around 900$ each month for those people to have horrible management. HOA explains the policy in their own way, so no matter what you do. If they don’t like it, it’s gonna be all your fault without any discussion. - the cold water gets warm, and warm water gets hot.
