It is my hope that no one ever has a company turn over their debt to Collectcorp. They have the most hostile representatives working for them and they DO NOT LISTEN!!! In fact, they start screaming at you and start using words that should not be used by professionals.
It is a legit company I worked for them they have an awesome building and do collections on student loans and american express and other big names but they treat there employees like crap. And you cant blame the collectors there just trying to make a paycheck like everyone else.
This is a company that prints on its letterhead a toll-free number for reception of fax documents and another for incoming calls from people to whom it sends alleged claims that they owe money to its clients. The fax number does not work, the other number says recorded messages will be returned within an hour but they are not returned at all. If contacted by them, just leave a message on the toll-free number--as I just did--that you tried to send a FAX and in the event Collectcorp ever makes it operative, it will get to read... read more
