Avoid this place like the plague. If you’re looking to have your car absolutely butchered, congratulations—you’ve found the perfect garage. Since taking my car here, it’s been one disaster after another. I just got off the phone with Kwik Fit, and apparently the brake pads, rear discs, caliper—basically everything they touched—is faulty. Avoid this place at all costs! Worst mechanics in the North East. Extremely rude and no customer service. It is best to go somewhere else and save your money. They will damage your car as they want you to keep coming back. Since taking my car there for a simple service I’ve had multiple issues with the car. They will fix one issue then a week after there will be something else. Avoid avoid!! If I could them zero stars I would
I took my car in for a MOT and service. Warrant it failed its MOT but I was kept up to date the whole time it was in and they did have to keep it till the next day. I couldn’t fault the service and didn’t charge me ridiculous prices like some garages do. You have a customer for life now.
