Friendly staff, nice and clean However, 3 attempts which did not work. First attempt, unsure why it did not work no reason given, 3 eggs taken only 1 fertilised Second attempt 5 eggs taken only 2 made it to fertilisation stage, did not take. Waited 6 months for third attempt, as recommended due to age coq10 as a supplement daily to increase chances.
