Very rude didn’t listen to anything I was explaining Brandon Wilson and hung up in my face wouldn’t recommend to a dog Update 12/30/2025 I forgot I gave them a horrible review before and just went to give a review and it was the same rude person again Brandon Wilson still horrible still talks over you when your speaking and nothing is case to him my opinion still hasn’t changed still a horrible firm to deal with

I called and left a message for Mr Schlosser on 11/9, stopped at their facility on 11/10, and called in 11/12 again asking for a meeting. I never was able to speak with anyone but the receptionist who gave me the runaround everytime (he is on the phone, his is out of the office, he is with a client). But she assured me he would call me back and after 13 days it hasnt happened. 11/22/25
