We had a scary but non life threatening incident yesterday that the Gates Volunteer Ambulance responded to. The 2 men were so helpful, kind, and professional. Thank you for all you do for our community, we appreciate you.
I needed an ambulance for the first time ever this morning. The young man and young woman were at my home within 5 minutes. They were calm and kind. I had a baby 8 weeks ago and the young woman moved my fussy baby to our baby swing amid all the chaos. Her kindness touched my heart, especially when I was already so anxious to leave my baby. I wish I knew their names, but if you could just pass along that I am grateful for the care I received from them both, I would be so grateful.
Started my ems career there in 1970. I’m still a full time paramedic today. 47 yrs latter, still have several years to go! Been a great life in ems.
