Outstanding care at GVI. From Caroline who took me to my room and kept things blunt and real and even gave me a hug, to Kelly who prepped me for surgery, Kara who helped with my IV, William Benjamin who helped get all my monitors set up, another Kelly and Jim in the OR... but the real MVP (outside of Dr Siddiqui and his team) was my nurse Ian. Everyone was so fantastic and the food was even better than expected lol especially when you think of hospital food!
I had an angiogram today at GVI. Everyone that works in the department works together like a well oiled machine. My nurse Tamara was by far one of the kindest nurses I have ever come across. She was knowledge and explained everything to me to calm my nerves. She also went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat and helped us to our car when she could’ve made us wait. She deserves any and all recognition you can give her!
Dropped off a delivery, man in front of me was blocking driveway. Guard said nothing to him, yelled at mebecause he was a different color than me.. I do not tolerate any racial discrimination, period, I deserve an apology
I had an exceptional experience at GVI, and I want to take a moment to recognize Tamara Beaver for the outstanding care she provided. From the moment I arrived, Tamara showed genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism that truly made a difference in my experience. Took my Mom in for neurosurgery at GVI. Valet parking $9 is very much worth every penny. Dr Siddiqui my mom's surgeon is the absolute best on the country. Nurse Sarah Mettler was fantastic. I took 2 stars off for the medical assistant triggered mom's allergies with such strong cologne and cleanliness, Mom's room was dirty there was blood (not hers) on the inside of the bathroom door I haf staff wipe it off.
