Paid for a transmission to be rebuilt and it never was repaired. My car sat for months while I kept getting excuse after excuse when it wasn’t touched and I was paying for a rental. Had to take it back several times and was promised a warranty! After a year of the run around, my car having the same problems, and thousands of $$ later, I took it somewhere else to have it done right.
Waited a month plus to post a review in hopes of the owner making it right. Took truck in to get trans done and 4300 bucks later same issue. Picked truck up the 1st day before leaving his shop truck was throwing check engine light and had same code it had when 1st dropped off. Seems it wasn't diagnosed correctly. Then said it was electrical issues so I trusted them and got the pcm that was said would fix the issue. Of course 1700 more dollars later it's still not fixed. This guy was rebuilding a transmission and it never was repaired it never worked. He continued to lie saying he was out of town and couldn’t perform to repairs. I had to have to transmission taken to another shop to have it correctly repaired. He refuses to reimburse me the money. I also know several other people that have had the same issues. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! Terrible customer services and work!!!
