I was sent an email with a subpoena and was told I would be contacted to discuss January 5th. I called and emailed and was emailed back “I've received your messages and have let Mr. Ferguson know that you would like to speak with him. In the meantime, feel free to email us your concerns. We will be back in contact with you in the near future.” I emailed back and asked for a call back and included my concerns and never got a response back. Don’t waste your time because they’ll just waste yours. I Contacted them Nov 17th. They said to fill out an intake form and they’d get back to me 48-72 hours to let me know if they could take my case. Never got back to me. I contacted them again on Nov 24th and they said they’d get back to me by the end of the day. Again, didn’t get back to me. They are over priced and took advantage of me being a single mom while I was very vulnerable. I could have and should have just done my divorce case myself because they promised it wouldn’t be more than my retainer and I’m still paying over a year later.
