I recently visited Gates salvage per a request from my mechanic. I had to pick up a part that my mechanic had called ahead and ordered. I grabbed the part from Gates and at first glance the part didn't look like the right part needed. I brought this to the attention of the salesman behind the counter and he said that it wasn't a big deal if the part wasn't the right one or didn't work there was a 15 day return policy.
