I cannot comment on the other review as I'm not in Little Ferry. But our units (we have 2 rented) in Somerset, NJ are in great condition. The landlord always address any of our issues or concerns ASAP. Yes, they do use their men for the unit turnover, I don't see any issue with that personally, the men are always professional and do their jobs. If we have any issues it's address without having to follow up with them constantly. It's been for us so far a pleasant experience working with Bill Gates and his team.
Properties all in flood zone. Buildings poorly built & overly priced. Any repairs (if they ever get done) are done by unlincensed in-house handy men to save a buck rather than getting the job done professionally and correctly. Easily the worst experience ever - stay away! Don't let their friendly personalities fool you, they're just trying to rent you a property.
