Brian was very great and helpful when I came in first for my foot to be looked at. He gave me all sorts of helpful tips for future reference and whatnot. I have now been fitted with two foot orthotics. My orthotics fit well, though at first there's a break-in period (after that it's like nothing at all 😁). Thank you all kind people working here for my awesome visits! Also Brian has a great memory. He remembered what I told him months ago and asked me about it today. Thank you Brian!
I came in begrudgingly to learn about a knee brace that I expected to really dislike. They got me right in as a walk in. Bryan listened to my concerns and matched me to a fantastic new low profile brace that works great for my lifestyle. The staff quickly got it approved through insurance, set up convenient follow up appointments, and Bryan made adaptations to the brace to make it just right. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Cyle and Terran Gates are angels walking the planet! They rescheduled me ASAP due to inclement weather, opened early, fed me lunch, stayed late and got me walking again!
