Having Roger as your first point of contact is a huge mistake. He has the most nauseating voice, and a very rude demeanour. There is no emotion behind his voice NONE. Every time you ask him a question he sounds annoyed with you. Patients should hang up feeling comfortable to call back. Safe to say, I am dreading ever having to call back.
Staff never answer phones
I had great experience with Dr. Hsu and the care team in the clinic. I would get reminders from the clinic for all my regular examinations. Dr. Hsu and the nurses in the clinic are very friendly. I never had to worry to miss any appointments. I am thinking of moving back to Dr. Hsu as I changed to another family doctor who my husband and my mother in law are seeing as he is closer to my house.
