Top notch Doctor’s office!
Dr Hsu is the greatest doctor,the most professional and wonderful expert I have ever experienced in Canada.once I had a headache and he accurately diagnosed it and gave me symptomatic medicine and I recovered quickly. Even though my parents were visitors,Dr. Hsu was even more caring. I moved out of Toronto for a year but I didn't change my family doctor. I am happy to move back to Toronto again. I feel truly blessed . Cherish and respect great doctor. It’s my lucky to know Dr Hsu.
I have no faith in Dr. Sur. Her wishy washy attitude, deer in headlights looks, uncertainty in explaining or understanding is not okay. She's supposed to be a professional but forgets to include info she's sent to a specialist or including all tests on a bloodwork requisition. Patients should not have to follow-up on the doctor because they're afraid she missed valuable info
You need to schedule an appointment with your family doctor. However, if you’re late or miss it, you’ll be charged $20. Yet, even if you arrive on time, you’re almost guaranteed to wait at least 30 minutes past your scheduled time before being seen. It’s incredibly frustrating and unfair. If I set aside time for an appointment, I expect the office to respect my schedule—but it’s clear they don’t.
Dr. Sur is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help. My neurologist thinks she is incredible as well. Roger and the ladies who work the front there as well, have always been polite and helpful and stay on top of things for us. I drive over an hour to go to my Doctor’s office and will continue to do so.
