Awesome Experience! Ryan worked on my recent mortgage refinance and was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was able to assist me with an appointment after regular business hours to get paperwork filled out because my work schedule was not flexible and even waited more than an hour a few days later so I could come after work and pick up my cheque from the proceeds. Too much responsibility delegated to articled student with inadequate supervision. Multiple errors, time delays, lack of timely and/accurate information. In the end, the transaction, (a simple conveyancing), was done, but it required major client-pushing to get what we needed. Thankfully, we are CPA's with a lot of real estate experience, so we knew what we needed done and when!
