This month is undoubtedly the hardest of my life. The one bright spot was working with Gates Kingsley Gates on preparations for my late step-dad. We mainly worked with Dania, and I must say it is very hard to find anyone in any sector of customer services with Dania’s level of compassion, competence, accommodation, and professionalism, all without being made to feel like my mom or I were being hard sold on anything. Everyone I spoke with, was incredibly patient and easy to communicate with. They listened and had flexibility for a very tight budget. Their explanations of the the protocols and procedures were very easy to understand and staff always conveyed professionalism and compassion.
