RENTER BEWARE! This is the WORST company in the real estate market. I have submitted to my lawyer, on record, 15-20 phone calls and 15-20 emails, from the past 6 months, where they have NOT ONCE replied or responded, with the exception of ONCE, where they EXPLITCITLY IN WRITING REFUSED TO PERFORM NECESSARY REPAIRS. They are BEING SUED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR WILFUL NEGLIGENCE AND CRIMINAL MALFEASANCE DUE TO REFUSAL TO PERFORM BASIC MAINTENANCE FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED TENANTS. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

For me this is the best aprt. now . Service is very good especially the manager Ada Hilasaca . She is the best one among other mngr. that used to work there . Her service and her team are super great . Can’t ask for anything else. Nice team leader together with Sergio and Bryan I just love them . No matter what you need they come to you right away . They give all the help that you need , they always do the best . So I’ll stay more years on this apartment. I’m grateful that they are here for everyone that lives there ❤️❤️❤️..

So an employee hit my car in November - no big deal, just take it to the body shop and get a rental while I'm waiting, right? Nope, had to fight for rental reimbursement, and it took them over two months to write a reimbursement check! They offered very little communication through the process.

The Cosmopolitan @ Lorton Station is an expensive unresponsive dump managed by greedy slumlords. Leasing and maintenance need to be replaced. A HAZMAT suit is needed to travel the halls. Carpeting encrusted w/ feces and ebris left by trash valet. Amenities shutdown, due to pandemic. Rightfully, so. Yet, an unjustified rent increase.
