Had a problem with my central air conditioning unit and they came out and fixed it in a flash even though I wasn't even home! Saving the business card and have the number in my phone! Will definitely be using Gates for any of my future heating and cooling needs!
We called yesterday to get our AC unit hooked up, they were out here today and got it done!

We have had Gates install a new furnace 5 years ago and did awesome. A year ago we got a new a/c from Gates and once again the customer service was awesome. Would recommend Gates to everyone. They also get back to very fast.
