I contacted this person asking to have him inspect my Ghost Controls gate opening system, without realizing his name is Gates. I only spoke to him once, and he never called back. Finally arranged for an appointment, but no call, no show. During that day I called him twice and left 3 text messages. As of this review (1 week) he has yet to return any messages. Not really committed to customer service IMHO.
Professional, friendly, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
James from Gates Garage was awesome. I had another company out to replace my garage weather strip and they completely broke my garage door opener. James was able to come out the very next day, diagnose the issues, and had everything fixed within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and charged extremely fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend Gates Garage Door Services to anyone I know.
I do not recommend this company. My home warranty company sent them. They provided false information such that they disallowed the claim. Subsequent communication has been poor. Not a reputable company.
