James from Gates Garage was awesome. I had another company out to replace my garage weather strip and they completely broke my garage door opener. James was able to come out the very next day, diagnose the issues, and had everything fixed within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and charged extremely fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend Gates Garage Door Services to anyone I know.
I do not recommend this company. My home warranty company sent them. They provided false information such that they disallowed the claim. Subsequent communication has been poor. Not a reputable company.

Great service, on-time, and timely repair. James was great!
Extremely responsive in returning calls (almost unique these days!), came quickly, fixed our broken spring and tuned up a second door. Could not be happier. Thanks again!
