Always a super long line to check out. The store is cluttered with boxes and stock in the aisles. One time I went in there and there were 6 employees working, only one checking out customers and the rest were stocking shelves and the store was still a cluttered mess. They made me, the consumer, feel like I was in their way.
DISGUSTED with this corporation. They do not stand behind their products what-so-ever. I purchased a timing belt through them. After driving only 10k with their product on it broke. I now have to purchase a new engine and they refuse to pay for any of it. I will never buy a product by Gates again in my entire life!
